With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Annette Brooks of Fritch, Texas, born in Ranger, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Cecil and Reba Earl Gibbs (Scott); and her husbands, Jerald Douglas Lester and Thomas David Brooks. She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Nelson (Jerry) of Dumas and Deborah Ruppanner of Amarillo; her siblings, Don Gibbs (Reda) of Fritch, Jerry Gibbs (Brenda) of Red Oak, TX, Melvin Gibbs of Berkshire, TX. and Wanda Melvin of Ashdown, Arkansas.; and her grandchildren, Michael Laub, Matthew Laub, Joshua Laub, Nathan Ruppanner, Brian Ruppanner, Brianna Setzer and J. J. Diesing.
