He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clark and Willie Clark (Allen); and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Fulwiler of Belton, TX.; his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Roger Wright of Cleveland, TN; his daughter Amy Clark of Lewisville, TX; his brother Dick; his sister-in-law Doris Clark of Waynesboro, VA; his granddaughter Katie; his grandson-in-law Lance Moore of Hoover, AL; and his grandchildren, Andy Peek of Cleveland, TN and Georgia Clark of Lewisville, TX. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Bill's honor to the Bell County Museum or the First Baptist Church of Killeen.
