He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Woods and Autrey Ann Monsey; his brother Michael Phillips; and his nephew Spencer Woods. He is survived by: his son William Monsey Woods Jr. (Tarina); and his wife Sarah Haskins (Arthur). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
