Violet Joan Edson Obituary
The memory of Violet Joan Edson in Frisco, Texas, who passed away on March 28, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee and Lola Mast (DeBrie); her daughter Kristi Kizer; and her sisters, Vera Mae Dixon and Davine Farrell.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Edson; her daughters, Carrie Knudsen (Tod) of Littleton, CO, Mindi Ferguson (Joe) of Aubrey, TX, Dordogne and France; and also Dayton Mast (Cremmen Peters) of Badefols. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slay Memorial Chapel of Aubrey (400 US-377, Aubrey, TX 76227). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at the Slay-Bloomfield-Jones Cemetery.
