He was predeceased by: his parents, Hodges Clark Spear and Ruth Mae Spear; and his brother James Hodges Spear. He is survived by: his wife Janis Ann Spear; his son Chris (Cynthia Spear); his grandson Alex (Shaylee Spear); and his great grandchild Maeve Spear.
