She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Marie (Tully) and Frank William Crimp; and her siblings, Frank W. Crimp Jr. and Helen Marie Fisher. She is survived by: her husband Henry W. "Ty" Felker; her children, Tony Felker of Frisco, Texas and Patty McCormick (Greg) of Bend, Oregon; her stepchildren, James M. Felker (Sheila) of Hillsborough and Molly Felker (Antonio) of Galindez; and her grandchildren, Laura McCormick, Kyle McCormick, Gabriela Galindez, Leticia Galindez and Isabel Galindez. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In Ruth's retirement years, she enjoyed volunteering at the New Braunfels Public Library and bowling twice a week in the senior leagues until she was 86 years old when businesses were shut down due to COVID.
