He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Twist and Mary Twist; and his father-in-law Dewey Weaver, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Katie Kilmer (Wayne), Christie Twist (Max Delferro), Chris, Julie, Hannah, Brooke, Scarlett and Allison Gibson (Kyle Hodges); his siblings, Rick Twist (Martha) and Judy Dugan (Mike); his mother-in-law Clara Weaver; his siblings-in-law, Nan Cummings (George), Dewey Weaver, Jr. (Julie) and Doug Weaver; and his grandchildren, Jack, Sadie, Eli, Josey, Reagan, Ellie and Eva. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Randy's memory to the American Heart Association.
