She is survived by: her husband Steven Haworth; her children, Stacy Wilson (Douglas) of Allen, Texas and Neil Haworth (Janice) of Coppell, Texas; her grandchildren, James Wilson, Harper Wilson, Madeleine Wilson, Nicole Haworth, William Haworth and Nathan Haworth; her brothers, Donald Maxwell (Kathryn) of New Braunfels and Stephen Maxwell (Janet) of New Castle, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Chris Maxwell, Valerie Bowen, Spenser Maxwell and Adrienne Maxwell.
