He is survived by: his sister Charmaine Mannix; his children, Todd, Jami, Jerry, Jodi, Jeff, Jill and Jack; and his children-in-law, Wanda, Joe, Joy, Kathy, Daniel and Stephanie. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
