He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Talley and Theda Talley of Driftwood; his wife Jeannie Talley; his brother Craig Talley; and his niece Stephanie Talley.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Magee (Philip); his grandsons, Sean and Collin Magee; his sister Roberta Mason (John); his sister-in-law Ann Talley; his niece Melissa Hinten (Zane); his great-niece Alice; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Mason (Cali), Paige Mahaffey (Drew), Andrew, Ellis and Lola Mahaffey.
