He is survived by: his wife Karen Soberon Ross; his children, Cristian Michael Ross and Gabriela Maria Ross; his mother Patricia Summerill Ross (Irving); his brother Christopher Patrick Ross (Kathy Alagar) of San Leandro, CA; his sister-in-law Arline Soberon Diaz Spain (Maximo Diaz); his aunts, Susan Summerill Phoenix, Lisa Summerill Hamilton (Irving), Christine Summerill Barnfield (James) of Ardmore, OK and Jinny Summerill Frances (Bob); his uncle Tommy Gossett; his cousins, Jennifer Phoenix Massey Dallas (Dane), Andrew Phoenix (Kate) of Victoria, BC, Mandy Hamilton O'Neill (Craig), Melissa Kling, Wendy Wilson Azle (Beau Wilson), Stephanie Scherrer (Jake), Emily Gossett, Denton and Ryan Frances; and his nieces and nephews, Orlin, Zona Ross of San Leandro, CA, Lucia, Angela, David Diaz and Spain.
