He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Marcelle; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Mark (Michelle), Todd (Wende) and Jennifer; his brother David of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Zackery, Elizabeth and Jett; and his stepgrandchildren, Lauren and Cole.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
