He is survived by: his parents, Evelyn Rosas of San Antonio, Texas and Ray Delgado; his wife Cynthia Delgado; his children, Chloe Delgado, Mia Delgado and Jacob Ray Delgado Jr.; his siblings, Andrea DeLaRosa (Reuben) of San Antonio, Texas and Zac Rodriguez of Austin, Texas; his nephew Darin Rinn; and his niece Brooke Rinn.
