He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ray and Elizabeth Frances Morris Wolveton; and his siblings, Ronnie Dale Wolverton and Sharon Gay Wolverton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wolverton of Frisco, TX; his daughters-in-law, Kenneth, Suzanne Wolverton of Frisco, TX and Susan Wolverton of DeSoto, TX; his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica Springer), Kristin (Josh Pierson), Michael (Devin Wolverton), Kelsan Wolverton, Sharon Wolverton and Spencer Wolverton; his great grandchildren, Lex, Jordyn, Finnley and Travis; his brother David Wolverton; and also, Robert (Lisa Wolverton) and Donnie (Tina Wolverton).
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials or donations be made in Mr. Wolverton's name to Hampton Road Baptist for new Bibles for the sanctuary.
