She is survived by: her daughter Janis Lang Moore (Maurice); her grandson Horace Carver Myrick III; her sister Laverne Tarpley Solomon; her sisters-in-law, Bobbie Jean Tarpley and Maguerite Tarpley; and her cousins, Genisha (Dewayne), Xavier, Ethan of Elliott, DJ and Drew. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
