He was predeceased by: his daughters, Shonda Ann Whitcomb and Shirley "Lynnie" Ashlock; and his brothers, Jackie Ashlock, Larry Ashlock and Lavon Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Elizabeth Ashlock; his sisters, Brenda Fleming and Wanda Kiger; his children, Larry Don Ashlock and Sharion Ashlock-Marotta; and his grandchildren, Misty Trevino, David Montgomery, Laci Combs, Garret Ashlock, Derrell J. Ashlock, Joshua Ashlock, Brandi Davis, Keesha Ramirez, Michael McCoy, Anthony and Sophia Marotta. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stonebriar Funeral Home (10375 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75033).
