She is survived by: her parents, Betty Pruett (Cavender) and Herbert Pruett; her husband Robert Chadwick; and her siblings, Chris Pruett (Connie), David Pruett (Ruthe) and Cathy Poorman (Dave).
In lieu of flowers, Debbie would have loved to have donations made in her name to Road Trip 4 Paws, which rescues dogs and cats from shelters in Texas and brings them to foster homes where they live until they are adopted locally in the DFW metroplex.
