He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Grogan (Gilbertson) and Edward Grogan; and his siblings, Manley Grogan, Wesley Grogan, Patrick Grogan, Phyllis Ruggiero, Duane Grogan, Edward Grogan, Jimmy Grogan, Shirleen Seeton and Ellen West.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Grogan; his daughters, Tara Bland (Kevin) of Frisco and Lisa Grogan; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Bland and Ian Bland; and his siblings, Elaine Krey of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Earle Grogan, Merle Grogan and Charlie Grogan of Silverton, Oregon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
