It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Russell Smeal of Frisco, Texas, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smeal and Carolyn Smeal (Bloom); and his sister Stacey Smeal. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Smeal (Evans); his children, Paula Smeal (Paul), Michael Smeal and Shannon Acosta (David); his grandsons, Anthony and Aaron; and his siblings, Sandra Barlow (Fred) and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
