He was predeceased by: his parents, Grigore Bivol and Maria Mereacre; and his siblings, Nina Tamazlâcaru and Toader Calmâc. He is survived by: his wife Maria Levinte; his daughter Ludmilla Duston (David Duston) of Frisco, TX; his grandsons, David and Sebastian; his daughter Elena Brewer (Erik Brewer) of California, MD; his grandchildren, Evangelyn, Emmanuel and Elizabeth; his daughters, Lucia Bivol of Frisco, TX. and Olga Bivol of Frisco, TX.; and his siblings, Tudor Bivol (Elena), Constantin Bivol, Agafia Bivol, Feodosia Bognibov (Grigorie), Gheorghe Bivol (Efimia) and Ion Bivol (Maria). He is also survived by 12 nephews and nieces.
In just a few short months prior to his death, he was hospitalized with Covid19 and simultaneously diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
