He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe William and Katharine Dodson Beazley Parr; his daughter Piper Dawn Parr-Ferch; and his sister Katharyn Cordelia Parr Eddins. He is survived by: his son Roscoe William Parr III; his grandchildren, John Wesley Parr of Killeen, Michael Ferch (Faith) of Killeen, Raphael Ferch of Killeen, Angel Ferch of Killeen and Ariel Ferch of Killeen; his nieces, Belinda Anthony (Mark) and Katie Parker (Damon); and his nephew Will Eddins of Friona.
