He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Neelley and Melba Neelley; his grandson Jacob Ben Neelley; his brother Rick Neelley; and his sister-in-law Shasta Neelley.

He is survived by: his wife Connie LaMaster of Friona; his children, Leigh Ann Boatman (Tony) of Cedar Park, Ben Neelley (Amanda) of Columbia and Dan Neelley (Shanda) of Vega; his grandchildren, George Neelley (Emily), Paul Neelley, Caroline Neelley, Charlie Boatman, Leslie Boatman, Juliana Neelley, Jackson Neelley, Luke Boatman, Miles Neelley, Wade Neelley, Mason Neelley and Molly Neelley; his great grandchild Isabella Neelley; his brother David Neelley of Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Neelley of Amarillo and Joe LaMaster (Marva) of Perryton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to the Methodist Children's Home, Wounded Warrior Project, or a favorite charity.
