She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Cox and Minnie Cox; her husband Baker E. Duggins; her sister Mildred Cox Sanders; and her siblings-in-law, Clifford Sanders and Mary Jo Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Duggins of Galveston and Sharla Carter (Tony Carter) of Amarillo; her brother Bill Cox of Stratford; her granddaughters, Abbey Snow (Cameron Snow) of Lewisville and Holly Lester (Mike Lester) of Dallas; and her great grandchildren, Eve Snow, Livvi Lester, Ellie Snow and Michael Baker Lester. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
