She was predeceased by: her parents, O. B. Moyer and Beulah Moyer; and her grandchildren, Sarah Danelle Campbell and Dustin Lee Campbell. She is survived by: her significant other Dale Amburn Hart; her children, Karene (Troy Bass), Holly (Danny Campbell), Evelyn (Joe Romero) and Jeremy (Marla Hart); her siblings, Larry Moyer (Virginia) of Friona and Lois Eitel (Don) of Tempe; her grandchildren, Melissa Wright (Jason), Danny Wayne Bass (Chelsi), Dallas Bass (Allison), Stephen Campbell (Debra), Jonathan, Rachel, Noah Romero, Staci Hart and Jett Jerden; her great grandchildren, Ava Grace, Jaxon and Ella Kate Wright; her grandchildren, Harper, Weston Bass and Calvin Bass; and her siblings, Josh, Scott Campbell, Jaylin and Alayna Hart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
