He is survived by: his mother Isabelle Lynch Lewellen; his significant other Detricia Kay Miller; his daughters, Chantell Francis and Charee Drachenberg; his grandchildren, Brenna, Maddie, Laney of Silverton, Charee Drachenberg (Michael), J. W. and Ellie of Smyer; and his brothers, Donnie Lewellen (Debbie) of Friona, Bobby Lewellen (Linda) of Katy and Jay Lewellen (Angie Graf) of Bellville.
