With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy T. Norwood (Friona, Texas), born in Longview, Texas, who passed away on March 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Bernie and Dora Belle Sherman Norwood; and his siblings, W. B. Norwood, Lois Norwood and Jerry Belle Blaylock.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Crow of Friona; his children, Douglas R. Norwood (Alma) of Friona, Jim Wayne Norwood (Ashley) of Lubbock, Jeremiah Norwood (Stephanie) of Towanda and Rebecca Lynn Sharpe (Rick) of Shelbyville, M. O.; and his pets, J. T. and Wendy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
