He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matilde Lugo and Cruz Rivera; his son Jesus Rolando Lugo; his wife Yolanda Lugo; and his children, Javier Lugo and Rocio Lugo Carrion. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
