He is survived by: his friend Jay; his wife Peggy Baca Neely; his children, Marsha Gayle Neely Hafer (Tom) of McKinney, Texas and Stephen Paul Neely (Traci) of Bullard, Texas; his stepchildren, Stephanie Cabrera Blanco (Eric) of Midland, Texas and John Andrew Cabrera of Michigan; and his brother-in-law Raul Braillif of Friona. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews, and a host of friends.
