He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emiliano Legarreta and Eustolia Orozco of Legarreta; his wife Laura Morales Cubillas of Friona; his daughters, Arlen Natalie Legarreta of Omaha, Jocelyn Legarreta of Omaha and Abigal Marie Legarreta of El Paso; his siblings, Jose Luis Legarreta of Friona, Alfredo Legarreta of Friona, Yolanda Legarreta of Friona and Magdaelena Gallardo of Midland; and his grandson Keanu Sky Guerro.
