It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Royden Thompson of Friendswood, Texas, born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Junetta; his parents, William Wayne Thompson and Adeline Mary Thompson; and his grandson Ethan Michael Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Teri Thompson, Michael Thompson (Paula) and Dennis Thompson (Andrea); his grandchildren, Lauren Thompson Domangue and Eston Thompson; his great grandchildren, Stevie Li Domangue and Scully Ru Domangue; his sister Linda Smith (Phil); and his siblings-in-law, King, Jr. and Debbie Stohler (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Waco Memorial Funeral Home & Cemetery (6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706).
