He is survived by: his father Ed Courtney; his wife Debbie Courtney of Alvin; his children, Stacy Parsons (James) of Friendswood and Jeremy Courtney of Alvin; his grandchildren, Trevor Mendenhall (Blaine) of Friendswood, Grace Thornhill (Parker) of Friendswood and Austin; his siblings, Dan Courtney (Denise) of Florida, Jeannie Courtney Albertin (Tony) of Atlanta, Mark Courtney (Elaine) of New Berlin and Ed Courtney (Peytsie) of Riverton; his aunt Bev; and his uncle Joe Catalano of Spaulding. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great aunts and uncles and cousins.
