It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Palmer Campbell of Friendswood, Texas, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Louise Garcia Campbell; his children, Emily and Richard "Rick"; his granddaughters, Rebekah and Sarah; his great grandchild Cirilla; his stepchildren, Denise (Luis), Lisa, Jay and Parker; his stepgrandchildren, John (Gracie), Lou (Marissa), Michael (Kayla), Matthew (Alissa), Bryan, Dylan, Dane, Cash and Brittany; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brayden, Mason, Baelynn, Madison and Charlie.
