Molly Joan Heath Blakeslee Obituary

Molly Joan Heath Blakeslee passed away April 7, 2023 with her husband by her side, following a recurring illness.

Molly was born on May 19, 1961 in Selma, Alabama, the daughter of the late Joan Heath and Mark Heath, who had served in the military and later served as a project manager at NASA in Texas. The family moved a few times, with memorable years spent living in Hawaii as well as many years in Friendswood Texas. Molly attended Friendswood schools and graduated from Friendswood High School in 1979. She worked for many years in healthcare human resources, retiring as a Director. She married her husband Mark in 1991. Molly enjoyed travel, the outdoors and she loved the beach.

Molly had an independent spirit and was a lot of fun to be with, and especially enjoyed the time she recently spent with high school friends.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 32 years Mark, as well as two brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by both her parents and her brothers, Jay and Mark, both of whom had served in the Navy.

Per Molly's request she will be cremated and no services will be held.
