He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ray (Rip) and Martha Josephine Collins; and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his sons, Thad (Tracy) and Kent; his wife Jacki Blaha Collins; his grandchildren, Kadin, McKensie, Cayson and Kennedy; and his sister Martha Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
