With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Junetta King Thompson of Friendswood, Texas, born in Luling, Texas, who passed away on April 24, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite (Jiggs) and King, Sr.; and her grandson Ethan Michael Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Thompson; her children, Teri Thompson, Michael Thompson (Paula Black Thompson) and Dennis Thompson (Andrea May Thompson); her grandchildren, Lauren Thompson Domangue and Emily Thompson; her great grandchildren, Stevie Li Domangue and Scully Ru Domangue; her siblings, King, Jr. (Mary King) and Debbie King Smith Stohler (Bill Stohler); her sister-in-law Linda Thompson Smith (Phillip Smith); her nieces and nephews, Lori Jamison (Jeff Jamison), Beckie Turner (Eric Turner), Rebecca Wedel (Derek Wedel), Jared Smith and Billy Stohler, Jr.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda Espinoza (Bob Espinoza), Rylie Turner, Paige Turner, Justine Turner, Jasmine Stohler, Braeden Jamison, Jordan Jamison, Jack Turner, Hendrick Smith and Jesse Stohler; and also, Mila Espinoza and Renate Gist.
