She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy E. Cowan and Margaret J. Kennedy Cowan; and her husband Wannie T. McPeters. She is survived by: her daughters, Karan Wilkins (Jay) and Christine Auten (Andrew); her granddaughter Lisa Wilkins; her siblings, Roy Cowan, Jr. (Pam), Diane Tabb (Bob) and Kathy Morlock (Ted); and her brothers-in-law, Charley W. McPeters (Ava), Jimmy Lee McPeters (Sue Lynn) and Garland V. McPeters (Renee). She is also survived by numerous cousins and other distant but dear relatives.
A donation will be made to the American Lung Association in Judy's honor by her beloved cousins, The Kennedy Clan.
