He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Burtzlaff and Alice Burtzlaff; and his siblings, Belva Klein and Larry Burtzlaff. He is survived by: his wife Janet Burke; his children, Sandy Forsythe and Brian Burtzlaff; his grandchildren, Jason Archer, Tori and Garrett Burtzlaff; and his sister Janice Dower (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
