He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Addie Braswell and Thomas Braswell; his children, Barbara Chapman (Jeannie) and Harvey Braswell (Donna Braswell); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Lori, Scott, Eric and Renee. He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren, and numerous family members and friends.
