He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Jazdyk; and his father-in-law Fumio Ichiyoshi. He is survived by: his wife Michiyo Jazdyk (Ichiyoshi); his daughters, Keana and Teana Jazdyk; his parents, Ray Jazdyk and Arlene Jazdyk (Glapa); his siblings, Susan McKay and Michael Jazdyk Retired; his mother-in-law Kazuko Ichiyoshi; and his sisters-in-law, Miho Inui and Mayumi Aoki.
