She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Shirey and Norma Shirey; and her brother Gary Shirey. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Douglas Neel and Justin Neel; her grandchildren, Gavin Neel and Gayla Neel; her siblings, Susan Falbo and Alan Shirey; and her nieces and nephews, Nick Falbo, Gwendolyn Olivia, Jessi Shirey and Abby Shirey.
