She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Krauter and Anna Elizabeth Krauter; her husband Winston Gallaway; her siblings, Hans Georg Krauter and Ingeborg Krauter Roloff; her children, Charles Gallaway (Deborah) of Virginia, Stephen Gallaway (Elisa) of Pennsylvania and Carol Gallaway Bengoechea; her son-in-law Jaime Bengoechea; and her granddaughter Gabriela Eliese Bengoechea.

Winston suffered from Alzheimer's for his last 21 years of life and Anneliese never failed him once during the course of the disease.
