He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladik and Dolores. He is survived by: his wife Janice Valicek; his children, Ryan (Wendy), Eric, Paul and Mary (James); his grandchildren, Elena, Robyn, Jacob, Annie, Rachel and Isaac; and his sisters, Charlene and Catherine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
