He was predeceased by: his parents, Panifilo Flores Sanchez and Teresa Arellano Espinoza. He is survived by: his brother Margarito; his daughter Vicenta; his wife Martha Flores; his children, Marcos Flores (Maria), Ana Laura Flores (Otto) and Marcello Flores (Jacquelyn); his grandchildren, Michelle, Marcus, Matthew, Mayte, Maria Celeste and Otto Jr.; and his siblings, Celia, Sara, Everardo, Jorge, Maria Marta, Antonio, Teresa, Rosalinda, Hector, Olga Lidia and Jose Manuel. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
