She is survived by: her children, Rosie Escalante (Leo), Velma Lee (Mike), Gracie Cavazos (Lolo) and Teofilo Maldonado Jr. (Sharon); her sister Justa Valdez (Enrique); and her grandchildren, Loralie, Amberly Davila (John), Leanne Longoria, Melissa Lopez (Eric), Michelle Garcia, Leslie Lovett, Celina Garza, Terri Parker (Thomas), T. J. Guajardo (Isabella), Chelsea Maldonado and Ryan Maldonado. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
