It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juan Manuel Narvais Sr. (Freer, Texas), who passed away on July 28, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria T. Narvaiz; his sons, Francisco Narvaiz and Pedro "Hondo" Narvaiz; his grandson Juan M. Narvaiz III; his father Benito Narvaiz Sr.; his brother Benito Narvaiz Jr.; and also, Vicente P. and Clementina G. Trevino.
He is survived by: his mother Teresa Esparza Narvaiz; his children, Juan M. Narvaiz Jr. of Livingston, Jose G. Narvaiz of Corpus Christi, Silda Arredondo (Guadalupe) and Frances Delucio (Jose); his siblings, Silvestre E. Ibarra, Rosie Hinojosa (Rene) of Freer, Benita Leal of Freer, Letty Narvaiz (Lydia) of Freer and Sara Garcia (Joe) of Freer; his siblings-in-law, America Narvaiz of Freer, Juan V. Treviño (Susie), Adan Treviño, Valentine Treviño (Alma) and Arlie Treviño (Yolanda); his uncle Salome Esparza; his cousin Alex Narvaiz (Estella); and his nephew Israel Ibarra (Nelda). He is also survived by father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
