He is survived by: his children, Israel Alaniz Jr. (Patty) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Adrian Alaniz (Nancy) of Freer, Texas, Luis Alaniz (Roxanne) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Sara Lopez (Jesse) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his siblings, Ramon Alaniz Jr. (Evangelina) of Freer, Texas, Juan Alaniz (Elma) of Freer, Texas and Norma; his grandchildren, Suzel Alaniz (Alex Rojas), Aiden Alaniz, Hannah Alaniz, Sam Alaniz (Neri), Marcus Alaniz (Cindy), Olivia Alaniz, Skye Alaniz, Mathew Alaniz, Phillip Alaniz, Ryan Lopez and Eric Lopez; and his great grandchildren, Zander, Elias, Jaxon, Bailee, Koi and Raiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
