He is survived by: his children, Conrad Cantu Jr. (Michele) of Freer, Texas, Cathy Garza (Joe) of Alice, Texas, Anna Lisa Vela (Robert) of Kingsville, Texas and Marcy Hernandez (Marcelo) of Alice, Texas; his brothers, Leandro Cantu (Yohanna), Jose Cantu Jr. (Lina), Oscar Cantu (Sylvia) and Danny Cantu; his grandchildren, Victoria Gonzalez, Marcus Hernandez, Allison Vela, Lauren Hernandez, Makayla Cantu, Madeline Vela, Cameran Cantu, Lexi Hernandez and Emma Vela; and his great grandchildren, Nadia Hernandez, Geovanni Gonzalez and Joseph Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
