She is survived by: her spouse Frank Zarate of Freer; her children, John David Zarate, Robert Zarate and Mary Lou Reyes (Thomas) of Bacliff; her stepdaughter Jessica Solis (Albert); and her siblings, Blas Ortiz Jr. of Houston, Natividad Ortiz of Houston, Belia Pena (Gilbert) of Alice and Beatriz Grande (Art) of Freer. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
