He is survived by: his children, Dale Andrew Williams (Esther) and Deborah Kay Emerson; and his brothers, Reginald Williams (Priscilla), Houston and Bruce Williams (Alice). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
