We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, at the age of 72, Octavia Darthard (Freeport, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Clark and Hattie Mae Clark; and her sister Billie Joe Mickens. She is survived by: her husband Freddie Van Darthard; her children, Spencer G. Clark, Sr. (Felicia), Trevor V. Darthard (Ann), Leslie C. Darthard and Frederica Vanessa Darthard; her grandchildren, Spencer G. Clark, Jr., Robert L. Jones, Kevon J. Clark, Aaliah D. Darthard and Emery G. Arevello-Darthard; her great grandchild Rylee Love Jones; and her siblings, Curtis Clark, Patricia Hall (Tony), Mabel Clark and Leslie F. Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
